NOTTESTAD JOINS ERICKSON AS THREE TIME WINNER

CAMBRIDGE, WI (Saturday, July 30, 2022)            The season long battle at the top of the Late Model standings continued to play itself out on the track on Saturday night at Jefferson Speedway. The top two title contenders waged another great battle at the front of the KNR Transport Late Model 50 field with Cambridge driver, Dale Nottestad, claiming the victory of Jason Erickson of Jefferson. The win gives Nottestad three features on the season, evening him up with Erickson’s win tally as the season heads towards the final stretch run.

PETERSON CLAIMS FIRST CAREER FEATURE WIN

CAMBRIDGE, WI (Saturday, July 16, 2022)            Lake Geneva racer, Tyler Peterson, shot to the front of the field on Saturday evening to secure his first career Late Model feature win at Jefferson Speedway. Peterson opened up a healthy advantage over the field, only to see it erased by a caution. But he fired back into control of the event and hung on to grab his first big win at Wisconsin’s Action Track.

ERICKSON CAPTURES THIRD FEATURE OF SEASON

ARCA MIDWEST TOUR INVADES JEFFERSON SPEEDWAY

CAMBRIDGE, WI (Saturday May 28, 2022)            The Nottestad family has won multiple championships and victories at Jefferson Speedway located between Cambridge and Jefferson, Wisconsin.

On Saturday night, another generation of the Nottestad family made it a historic one as Jacob Nottestad held off tough battles from Gabe Sommers and John DeAngelis to win the Salute the Troops 100. His first victory in the ARCA Midwest Tour.

The defending and six time champion drove to the point and held on to the top spot to claim the feature win in his quest for an unprecedented seven Late Model titles at Wisconsin’s Action Track.

Jason Erickson Captures Benninger Concrete Season Opener

CAMBRIDGE, WI (Saturday, May 7, 2022)             The 2022 racing season got underway at Wisconsin’s Action Track on a cool Saturday evening in south central Wisconsin. Five divisions of racing action was capped off with Fort Atkinson’s Jason Erickson making his return to the Jefferson Speedway victory lane. Erickson motored to the front of the field to claim the Benninger Concrete 50 lap Late Model main event in impressive fashion.

41st ANNUAL WISCONSIN STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS IN THE BOOKS

CAMBRIDGE, WI (Saturday, September 18, 2021)              A spectacular weekend of racing at Jefferson Speedway culminated with day two of the 41st annual Wisconsin State Championships. Double features in six divisions was highlighted by twin 50 lap Late Model main events. Edgerton’s Casey Johnson was in search of his sixth consecutive championship in the prestigious event. But Fort Atkinson’s Jason Erickson had different plans. The championship was decided in the final laps of the second feature event with Erickson trying to stay ahead of Johnson while also searching for the race win. Erickson edged out Johnson in the final standings to lock up his third championship in the season ending race weekend.
